MADRID (MarketWatch) -- Amazon.com Inc. said Tuesday that it will create more than 70,000 full-time jobs for its U.S. fulfillment centers this holiday season. The e-retailer said for 2012, it converted thousands of seasonal employees into regular, full-time workers after the holidays and says it plans to do the same this year. Seasonal employees earn 94% of starting wages for regular fulfillment center jobs and are eligible for health care benefits.
