Iran agrees to 'substantial' nuclear talks: AP SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Iran agreed Thursday to hold "substantial" talks with members of the U.N. Security Council and Germany, according to The Associated Press, citing EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton. Senior negotiators are set to meet for two days beginning Oct. 15 in Geneva, Ashton told reporters following a meeting at the United Nations that included Iran Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
