Interagency Information Sharing and Security Policy The Homeland Security MiPAL has been updated with a fact sheet from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security detailing the Department's accomplishments and reforms for 2010, remarks by the Secretary of Homeland Security outlining the Department's approach to cybersecurity, a Government Accountability Office report examining the 2010 Quadrennial Homeland Security Review, Congressional Research Service reports assessing the role of the Intelligence Community in border security and analyzing U.S. policies and strategies for screening air cargo, reports from the Institute for Social Policy and Understanding and the United States Institute of Peace evaluating methods for combating radicalization within the U.S., a report from the DHS Inspector General reviewing the implementation of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, a Heritage Foundation report highlighting the importance of pre-disaster planning for an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack against the U.S., and a report from the Washington Institute for Near East Policy analyzing the Obama Administration's focus on interagency information sharing within its security policy.
