Afghanistan Reconstruction from C-SPAN Video Library Programs Recently Aired by info@c-spanarchives.org (National Cable Satellite Corporation) John Sopko talked about his Office of the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction report on Afghanistan reconstruction, and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. According to the findings in the report, approximately $87 billion had been spent since 2002.
