In face of Trump's COVID-19 case, Democrats seek to set up commission on incapacitated presidents
One week after Republican President Donald Trump announced he had COVID-19, Democrats in Congress on Friday proposed creating a commission to help decide whether to transfer a future U.S. president's powers when incapacitated.
