Secretary John Kerry Remarks at Munich Security Conference by info@c-spanarchives.org (National Cable Satellite Corporation) Secretary of State John Kerry talked about international security. He criticized Russia for what he called its "repeated aggression" in Ukraine and Syria. He said Russia was defying the international community with its support for separatists in eastern Ukraine and that sanctions against it would continue until it complied with the political agreement reached the previous year in Minsk. Secretary Kerry also reiterated U.S. allegations that Russian airstrikes in Syria were not being directed at ISIL.* He added that the agreement for a temporary truce in Syria wold be threatened if Russia did not change its tactics.
