NEW YORK (MarketWatch) - The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped as high 200 points, hitting fresh record high. The index came off session highs, but if it closes at this level, it would be the ninth triple-digit gain this month. More than half of the benchmark's components were trading more than 1%, with Intel Corp and Visa Inc leading the gains, while only two were lower, McDonald's Corp and IBM . The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 164 points, or 1%, to 17,360.93.
